Thoughts become things


Our thoughts have the ability to shape our reality. Our thoughts can trigger psychological, and physical experiences from a memory. Yet this can also happen in a fantasy. A thought can raise your blood pressure and heart rate, from an uncomfortable thought.
Thoughts can be to weak to truly cause harm to the bodies natural homeostasis.
Yet if a negative thought is continually unchecked, it will build the power to manifest according to its character.

When we are capable of building a positive mind and positive stream of thought. You begin to feel less stress, better physically, and emotionally, helps develop better coping skills, and helps strengthen our bodies immune system.

If you want to raise your vibrations, to produce better results in your life. Incorporate the use of affirmations into your day. Repeating affirmations to yourself,  they give you an opportunity to replace negative thought patterns  with positive ones. Alot of times our belief system is in our way of what we truly want, and affirmations can help assist in accessing your new belief system.

When you imagine something,  take a second to feel the context of that thought. What kind of emotions do your thoughts think about? Because those thoughts and emotions will eventually translate into a real expierence. Do you know that the body doesn't have to have the physical experience for the mind to believe something. The many things we suggest to ourselves, or suggested to us. Take a form as an idea in the mind. Within this world of ideas, these energetic thoughts began to have expression. All thoughts are like seeds and grow into a fullness of expression. As a seed, will grow to a fully ripe piece of fruit that we can actually eat and utilize for our greatest wellbeing.
