Self awareness

To be Self Aware can apply to many different aspects of yourself. In this article I will discuss the awareness of thoughts and words and how they contribute to our vibration.

Let's start with a scenario. Many of us can definitely relate. I will then give you an alternative scenario and this will all come together, I promise you.

A person wakes up, looks at their phone, scrolling while effortless thoughts run thru their mind in response to what they see. They lay in bed for a few minutes dreading the job there about to go to, eventually gets ready for work, and leaves the house. On the way to work they decide to stop for breakfast, the line is long, they are already running behind but who wants to go to work hungry right? So they proceed to wait in line, growing more and more irritated. Finally receiving there food they head to work. They complain a few times , food not hot, drivers driving slow, red lights. Then they arrive to work.

A person wakes up, immediately giving gratitude for the day, and anything they choose in that moment. They are up early, so they have time to stretch and do a quick 5 minute meditation before leaving the house, they give gratitude once again, for waking up, for their home, for their transportation, for another day to be aligned with all they desire. They have a cup of tea, while eating breakfast before they put there shoes on and head out to work, and once arriving they give thanks that they made it safe.

These are two totally different ways to approach your morning. The negative thoughts and emotions tend to come naturally until you are self aware enough to recognize and acknowledge the good, the positive, and the supporting contributions to your life. No matter how small or big. It is not what we appreciate that's most important, but THAT we appreciate and bask in that vibration. We have to understand that what we don't like has no place in our thoughts, words, or actions. It is not in alignment to what we do like and prefer. What we do like and the thought of how that makes us feel is the direction to which we want to go. Whether it be a relationship, a job, a car, a house, your beliefs, or your daily interactions. The more we are self aware. We can pay attention. We can then make a conscious decision to point out things that we love about any experience and to make the conscious decision to talk about what we love about the experiences we desire. We have the ability to show gratitude in so many things, starting with waking up. How many of us go to work 5 days week, and never gives thanks for arriving safe. How many of these same people complain before or on the way to work. How many of us give thanks for our breath, our sight, our hearing, our ability to taste, walk, and feel. How many of us sit in the emotion of feeling good when we have a positive experience? How many of us sit in the emotions of feeling bad when we have a negative experience? Don't live on auto pilot. Don't just coast without deliberately practicing self awareness.

To be conscious is the be aware
Our vibrations indicate our energy and what experiences we create for ourselves.
This is Conscious Vibez
This is who we are
This is what we promote
This is what we believe

I hope that this article ignites your self awareness so that it may assist you in your on going journey of Peace, Love , And Positive living.
