Prayer
Most high I feel the difference, as I continue to move forward protect and guide me. For what I do not know but is of my benefit, allow me to learn so that I may better navigate. Keep me where I need to be, move me where I need to be moved. Gently and with full of attention, remember me always even if I forget in this process of self discovery. May I rise higher and higher each day.

I am grateful for discipline carries me lengths my mind and body do not wish to travel. Every time I push beyond the walls of my own limitation, I find a reason to be thankful. Not only staying on path, but recognizing the path for what it is so I am less likely to fall off. Even if I do fall off, everything in me is programmed to get back up and walk further each time.
