Tides of change
What happens when the waves splashes against the land, and rocks? It slowly breaks down the pieces of earth over time. The same is with change, many people are waking up to the fact change is as natural as life. We have two ways to look at change. One way is when it hits us unexpectedly, and if we are strong we can see it as an opportunity to improve and change what needs to change.
The other way happens by choice,
which we see as positive and life changing opportunity. Either way it is human nature to change, and to experience change.
Yet sometimes we get caught in cycles, where we feel stuck. mentally and emotionally detached from the changes taking place inside, and around us. Making it hard to keep up with daily life.
When we worry about the outcome of the future, it can make us anxious. So my advice is to look inside of yourself, because we cannot control what's out there. Focus your mind on the many possibilities that change can bring.
<span;>Use your imagination and be curious, how to think about new things. Ask your self what do you have to change to get there.
With the the world pandemic we got hit unexpectedly, and the fear and panic has changed us. Some for the best, others for the worst. If enough of us wake up now, and bring change through our choices, it is an opportunity to save the world and create a better society for all.
