Day 1
I am grateful for everything that has led me to this moment, weather I have interpreted those experiences as something good or bad I am thankful. I am grateful for this sense of zen in this very moment, as I am now seeking this energy in all that I experience. Even though It is strongest when I can just be alone, I am grateful for each place I can encounter and embrace high vibrations and good people. I am grateful that my path is different, and I have a chance to explore it as my identity and path merge with great understanding. I am grateful to be able to change and adapt without losing who I truly am, instead any changes or adaptions only enhance my core values and the wholeness of my true being. 👑 king El Jah Ra 👑
Prayer
Most high guide me so that I can be who I know you have made me to be. That deep desire and yearning to be whole, and complete in every area of my life. Fill the spaces that have a void, deliver me into higher even more blissful states of being. Allow me to be protected in all that I do, allow my choices and actions be fruitful. Allow me to exercise higher levels of faith and imaginative capacity to manifest those things closest to my heart of the most highest importance.

Release writing
I am at this place where I can see more of my rights and wrongs, and the rational of why I feel free in certain ways and stuck in others. I realize I will have to transform once again in a way the breaks apart the patterns in which I once could not have authority over. This is pretty challenging because in order for me to reach the level of freedom I desire is not based on any monetary success. It is a freedom of the mind, emotions, and action, my whole expression. I feel like I’m pretty good at being free already, so as these patterns which I feel like are holding me back dissolve my level and concept of freedom will be evolved and transformed.
